Privacy policy

The data controller is HubUp OÜ, registry code 17535076, address: Kalevi tn 25, 71012 Viljandi, Estonia. For any question about data processing, write to the address given in the “How to reach us” section.

Only what you enter yourself in the quote request form:

• company name
• contact person's name
• email address
• phone number — if you provided one
• country — if you provided one
• the text of your request and the selected product area

In addition, the server records the sender's IP address. It is used solely to limit how often the form can be submitted and to block automated mailings.

The only purpose is to answer your request: to select equipment, prepare a quote and correspond about the delivery. We do not use this data for marketing mailings and do not pass it to third parties for their marketing.

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time — write to us and we will delete the data.

Correspondence about a request is kept for up to three years from the last contact — this period lets us return to previously selected items if you come back. If a deal took place, accounting records are kept for as long as Estonian law requires. At your request we will delete the data earlier, unless the law prevents it.

We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. The site relies on contractors acting as data processors:

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — hosting of the server the site runs on
• Resend — delivery of request emails
• Google Ireland Limited — analytics and advertising services (subject to your consent)
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — advertising pixel (subject to your consent)

All the contractors listed above process data on our instructions and are bound by contractual data protection obligations.

Technical cookies are required for the site to work: they store the selected language, protect the request form against automated submissions and remember your answer to the consent banner. They need no consent and are not used for tracking.

With your consent we enable Google Analytics 4 — to understand which pages are useful, where visitors come from and where they leave. The data is anonymised and not linked to an identifiable person.

Also with consent we enable Google Ads and Meta Pixel: they let us measure advertising returns and show ads to people who have already visited the site. Before consent is given these tools write no cookies: Google runs in Consent Mode denied by default, and the Meta script is not loaded at all.

Declining is offered in the same banner as consent and is made no harder. You can change your decision at any time: the “Change cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page opens the same settings again. Declining does not affect the site: every section and the request form work exactly the same.

We do not block access to the site until you answer the banner, and we do not treat a missing answer as consent.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• request a copy of the data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data erased
• request restriction of processing
• receive your data in a machine-readable format
• object to processing
• withdraw consent you previously gave

If you believe we are breaching data protection rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee). But write to us first — most questions are resolved faster directly.
